Teravista Golf Club
Teravisata’s 1,555 acres provide plenty of room for recreation! The Teravista Golf Club features a 7,200 yard course. It is a public course with a daily fee structure. Currrently Teravista residents are offered a discount. With its gently rolling terrain and magnificent views the course is a pleasure for golfers and homeowners alike. Many homesites are directly on the course. The Club also has a gift shop and the Caldwell Café which is open for breakfast and lunch seven days a week. Teravista residents and the general public are welcome to the café whether they play golf or not.
Teravista Residents’ Club
The clubhouse of the Teravista Residents’ Club has a two story great room which is used for various events during the year. Residents may reserve the great room or the fireside room for their own personal events. The fitness area has free weights as well as excercise equipment. The swimming facility offers a junior Olympic swimming pool and a children’s splash pool. Completing the outdoor activities are a playground, a muti-purpose sport court, a sand volleyball court and a lighted tennis court.
