Austin Homes for Sale is full of bells and whistles, allows you to save searches and properties and has lots of maps and ancillary data.
Austin Home Search is also full featured and allows you to save searches, save properties, view maps, and other data like WalkScore and Street View.
Austin Listings is a more basic, but more simple and fast search for finding Austin Texas homes for sale.
Client Gateway search puts you directly against the MLS database. This option has the most home finding features, but also has the most convoluted user interface. This site provides me a way to create searches for you with complicated requirements as well. You must click login to create an account as soon as you get to the main page for access to the save searches and save listings features.
